FULFILLMENT OVERVIEW

PRINT, INSPECT, PACK, SHIP, NOTIFY

At each fulfillment location, the order gets printed using the best 3D Printing Equipment, Technology, and Processes in the world. The backbone of this system is our proprietary IDT Systems S10 Series machine. This renders extremely high quality resolution images up to 300ppi at a 1:1 match from screen to print on the case. The technology wraps the artwork all the way around the sides of the case giving you a fully 3D printed case. The embedded image is stunning quality and will not fade, bleed, rub off, or be easily damaged by exterior abrasions. The image is actually embedded into our specialized plastics, and given a protective top coat layer.

The decorated case goes through our Quality Control inspection process, and then gets carefully packed. The shipping labels are generated and tracking data sent back to you and/or the customer. The products are drop shipped to your customer or to wherever you specify. 

3D DECORATion & LASER MARKING ON DEMAND

Not only can we 3D decorate a case with any image or design on demand, we offer laser marking on the inside of the case on demand as an added option. This means you can have your own logo laser marked on the inside of all your custom designed cases. 

This gives our partners huge differentiation in the marketplace as they build and develop their brand identity with their customers.

PACKAGING INSERTS

We can Include any brand packaging inserts (coupons, flyers, etc.) or stickers to help make the product look like it came straight from you.

PACKAGING & SHIPPING OPTIONS

We provide standard, cost-effective packaging that can be shipped inexpensively and recycled. Our shipping options are typically reasonably priced and include tracking. We can accommodate special shipping needs or customer shipping accounts upon request.

NEED A CASE DESIGNER PLUGIN TOOL FOR YOUR WEBSITE?

We've got you covered. Some partners want to offer their customers the option to design their own cases, using their own photos or art. No problem. We can integrate our white-label Case Designer tool into your website and give you the ability to offer your customers personalized cases. You manage the customer relationship and the transaction. Our Case Designer integrates into our backend system and allows us to receive the orders, process them, fulfill them for you.
