What do I get when I install the App?
Product designer for personalisation
The App installs a design tool and all the products related to that designer in the admin. You can change the name and price of all the products that show in the designer.
You can create a bespoke offering by amending:
a) Products: Show products you only want to offer (you get everything as default)
b) Galleries: the artwork galleries can be made by you.
Print On demand – I want to sell my own designs
If having a gallery in the designer is not enough, we also enable Print on Demand (POD) which is pre-designed cases. We give you access to our system to create unique sku’s and we store all the artwork for production, you just have to create the products and upload them as variable products to your store (we help with the file format too).
Simply contact us and we’ll help you through it.
The app gives you your own account into our Order Management systems (OMS) but you will need to contact ITsupport@whosonyourcase.com and run some tests before we can put you into live production.
Billing
· How does billing work
When you are ready, after running initial tests to ensure you are satisfied and all commercial agreements are in place, we both agree to put you into live production, you will be billed twice a month for the orders we fulfil on your behalf.
ORDER DELIVERY
How long will it take for my orders to arrive?
We fulfil in our local regional fulfilment centre to where the end destination for the delivery is and delivery time varies depending on the service and location.

The Shipping Zone ‘Rate Name’ passes through to us so we can map whatever services you wish to offer to your customers and have set up already in your store.
· I haven’t received my case, what do I do?
Please allow time (shown in the Answer above) for your case to arrive. If it hasn’t arrived within the specified time, then please contact our customer support team on help@whosonyourcase.com and we’ll investigate.
IMAGE & FILE SUPPORT
· How do customer load images?
Customers can use personal photos to make your case uploaded from device or social media accounts.
· Will my image quality be good enough?
Q - We recommend that the images are 300 DPI in order to make your case look beautiful!
A - What is 300DPI? DPI means dots per inch. In printing, dots per inch (DPI) is the usual measure of printed image quality on the paper.
Q - How can i find out if my image is 300DPI?
A - On your desktop you can open the image in photoshop and go to image size, or you can open in preview and go to image

· Do you print my pictures on the sides of the case as well?
Yes, Our Snap and Tough cases do, the picture will be printed on the side of the case. To ensure that the image wraps fully around the case please ensure that the image goes to the blue dotted line in the case designer.
Our Flexi cases only decorate the ‘back’ of the case.
